John is Managing Director of Fenrix which he founded in 2009 to support CEOs and leadership teams drive growth for their organisations. John and his team have led close to 100 major strategy assignments for large multi-nationals across Europe and Asia.

Prior to Fenrix, John held several executive Marketing and Business Development Director roles at GE Capital in the Commercial Finance and Capital Solutions businesses. He has also held director level roles for large international companies such as Alstom and Parametric Technology Corporation.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, John led several projects covering IT strategy and post merger integration assignments. John’s career has been focused on building robust marketing to deliver customer value and providing strategic insight for growing market share.
John holds an MBA from HEC in Paris, France as well as a BA in History from NYU. He is fluent in English, French and German; has lived and worked in 5 European countries as well as the US and is currently based in the UK.
Henry is Associate Director and is based in Hong Kong and has over 20 years of strategic and operational experience specialising in brand development within the consumer goods and luxury retail sectors notably at LVMH.

Prior to joining Fenrix, Henry was the Regional Director at ST Dupont and before that he was the Regional Managing Director for Canali and Loewe managing the retail and wholesale developments for the Asia Pacific region where he was responsible for the restructuring of the store network and franchise partner relationships.
At Moët Hennessy, Henry held several senior positions based in Asia and France including VP Global Marketing at the House of Moët & Chandon where he launched several global advertising and PR campaigns; Commercial Director at Hennessy Cognac responsible for Asia Pacific and Global Travel Retail markets where he was instrumental in driving the growth of the Hennessy brand and most recently as Regional Director Moët Hennessy Asia Pacific based in Singapore where he headed the Southeast Asia markets.
Henry holds an MBA from HEC in Paris, France as well as a BA in Economics from University of Toronto. He is fluent in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin and has lived and worked in the Canada, France, Singapore and Hong Kong and has spent considerable amount of time in China.
Frederic is part of the Analyst team. Prior to this role, he worked for two years as a business analyst for a Rocket Internet venture in Sydney (Australia) where he mostly focused on marketing performance and strategy.

He has previous experiences in the Strategy & Development team at SCOR Global P&C and in real estate at LFPI REIM where he supported the acquisition of a $200m portfolio. He also worked for a couple of start-ups in their early stages in Paris and in Belgium in business development.
Frederic graduated from HEC Paris (France) with a Master in Management degree, majoring specialisation in International Taxation and Legal Strategy. He is fluent in English, French and German.
Elise is part of the Analyst team. Her previous experience includes Analyst roles at EY and Alienor Partners, where she specialised in financial due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), research and business projections.

She also has some hands-on sales and export experience gained in the wine industry in Asia. Elise is pursuing a master’s in management at the ESCP Europe Business School. Native French, she is fluent in English.
Alexandre is part of the Analyst team and is our in-house scientist. He has extensive experience in research, engineering and consulting and has collaborated on projects including the NASA Asteroid Capture, Redirection and Reutilization and the Argentinian Tronador II rocket.

At the Penn State University Lab his research on advanced surface coating technology was funded by the US Office of Naval Research and the Department of Energy (DOE) Advanced Research Project Agency.
Alex has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a MSc in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering and is tri-lingual in English, French and Spanish.
Sue specialises in sales force effectiveness & project management. She has more than 20 years experience in leadership and brings expertise in performance management, coaching & strategic projects.

Her experience is based on commercial integration and operational functions. She held a number of executive roles at GE Capital in the Commercial Finance and Capital Solutions businesses. She has led 2 successful post merger integration projects during her time at GE.
Sue started her career in the automotive industry responsible for the operational running of fleets across all UK airports and later moved into the leasing sector where she was accountable for a portfolio of 200+ clients.
Sue is currently based in the UK but has held positions in France and Brussels.

Guy brings insights from both his corporate and entrepreneurial background in international business development. Guy has more than 10 years experience of advising or directly leading, global business growth in several industries.

His core experience was first acquired on various strategy roles within GE Capital Europe where he helped define strategies for geographic expansion, new product introductions, organic sales growth and strategic corporate partnership creation including M&A (companies and portfolios).
Guy then went on to manage a tech start-up from its commercial launch to become a successful business with international partners and over a million worldwide end customers. Building on this journey, Guy has more recently been advising other start-ups, particularly helping them with European market penetration.
Guy enjoyed academic training in various subjects from the University of London (UCL, KCL, LSE), the Sorbonne in Paris as well as Harvard, Stanford, Wharton and MIT.

Kathrin is a consultant at Fenrix and specialises in business communication, coaching and training. Prior to this role, she worked for five years in the financial industry at GE Capital, leading various international Marketing and Customer Experience roles.

Vianney de Rouvre
Vianney has been working in consulting for the past five years with a focus on modelling and Business Plan definition. Vianney previously worked in Private Equity at Société Générale and at FSI (French sovereign fund).

He worked in teams ranging from 2 to 120 consultants and was responsible for providing insight on strategy development and competitive intelligence for company valuation and financing. A highlight has been team publication in “Manager Magazin” in 2003 that cited Joerg as specialist in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Joerg studied at European Business School in Germany and the UK as well as at San Diego State University, USA where majored in management consulting and business strategy. He is fluent in English and German and has worked across Europe with experience in the UK, Belgium, Austria, and Switzerland.
